The central core of this four bedroom property was originally a repair shed on the former railway goods yard. Many of the original features were retained, including the entrance doors to provide the large glazed areas, along with the exposed rafters and lifting equipment.

This four bedroom detached home was built on the site of a former railway siding & goods yard. The property has a commanding view over the neighbouring golf course and Yorkshire Wolds. The adjacent disused railway line is now a public bridleway and provides access to an extensive cycling and walkway network.

The development comprised a total of 31 apartments built on the site of a former dairy. The listed archway in the foreground was carefully incorporated to form the entrance to the car park.

A total of 20 two and three storey town houses were built on the site of a former pump manufacturer. The development fronts onto Beverley Beck and resulted in Risby Homes and Building Design Architects being presented with the East Riding of Yorkshire Councils' Chairman Award of Distinction for enhancing the built heritage of the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The second phase of the Waterside Road / Beckside development comprised a total of 18 town houses, built on the site of a former animal feed mill.

Waterside Court, Beverley, 2000

Waterside Court, Beverley.

This is the first phase of the Waterside Road / Beckside development, comprising a total of 15 two storey townhouses. In the foreground is Beverley Beck, the historic waterway which helped to make the town of Beverley one of the nations largest and most important ports in medieval times. This development helped kick start the regeneration of this picturesque area.
