For us, achieving that mission starts with developing close personal relationships to understand how each client wants their home to look and feel. From start to finish, they’ll deal with one account manager, who will be on hand to provide guidance and updates whenever they need them.
Along the way, we’re committed to not only maintaining standards, but surpassing them. We make sure every fixture, fitting or frill we install is of the highest quality, while every supplier we work with is carefully selected for their values, standards and ways of working.

Risby Homes was established in 1993 by Mark Barrett. After years of studying and working in construction, Mark decided to set up his own company focused on high quality, tailored residential property development.
Fast forward to today, and Risby Homes is very much a family affair. Mark’s son Olly and daughter Amy are both on the team, and plan to carry on the Risby legacy long into the future.
Our site manager Olly has won a Quality Award in the first round of the NHBC Pride In The Job Awards – for excellence in on-site management for the North East region.
A Pride In The Job Award is the highest industry accolade that site manager can achieve.
We are thrilled to have been recognised for the pride we take in our hard work and this award is an excellent demonstration of our attention to detail.
